So, balancing my shit out had nothing to do with making changes, or at least that's what I thought. It was about discovering who I truly am, understanding why I went through shit, then learning to embrace my truth. at this stage of my life, I honestly couldn't care less about what others think. My main focus is breaking the cycle of negative patterns that have been passed down through generations. With all of that in mind, this journal is a personal account of my experiences. It's not meant to be agreed with, although you might find yourself on the same accord. My life can’t be followed like a set of rules, it's simply a reflection of the shit I’ve been through, how I identified it, and eventually dealt with it. I’m only human, just as fucked up as everyone else, even if they pretend not to be. That's all there is to it.
